There will be STORE CREDIT only! No refunds. Credit will be applied directly to your account and does not expire. Use it on whatever you want! I am constantly getting new inventory and I am sure you will find something you love quickly An item may be returned for an exchange of a different size or store credit as long as it is within 10 days of the receipt that is emailed out. The item must be in the original unused condition as originally shipped to the customer. Anything after 10 days will not be accepted.
All returns can be sent to the return address on your shipment.
Preorder tees & items are FINAL sale (unless they arrive to you damaged!) with preorders, they are typically holiday items & I am ordering the exact quantity that we need.
When you return something to me, allow 5-7 business days for your credit to be adjusted accordingly. I will process returns once a week. I know you are excited to use your credit but please allow me time for processing.
You CANNOT claim an item to exchange until your item is in my hands.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item has arrived damaged**. All refunds will be for the price of the item purchased and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.
**If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you received the wrong item/color/size placed on your original order), you will be reimbursed for the purchase including shipping fees.
